Best possible and top setting, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Highly professional and well-trained staff and quick to respond...

My room was well-kept, there were a writing desk and a mini bar. The location was particularly good and magnificent for traveling around Lima, just off other than a nice walk along the cliff which over looks the beaches in Miraflores, and the restaurants.

The furnishing of the rooms is already very old.

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for better views and reduced noise from surrounding parties.

Location. Quiet street, well maintained environment, close to the shore, Larcomar and Jose Larco Avenue. Beautiful view from the pool on the roof.

Breakfast offer is simple but ok, limited to basics.

A sweet old-fashioned hotel... the staff is very helpful and friendly... a lot of carpet creates a cuddly atmosphere and makes the often so noisy hotel corridors for late risers a little quieter in the morning :) Despite a small delay I was allowed to serve myself at 10:15 at the breakfast buffet, which was decent :)

I booked the hotel for the pool. Contrary to the receptionist's statement, it was unfortunately closed during my entire stay... but it did not seem to be the normal case.

Full at breakfast. Very few tables care many rooms. You feel rushed. Coffee and choice not a hit compared to other hotels in the same price range. The fridge in the room was noisy and the tinted windows make it not very bright in the room. . We were given a very bad taxi driver. It was not an official taxi driver, but looked private.

The staff were very very helpful and attentive, and we could use laundry, room service and wake up service free of charge. The setting was quite particularly good and excellent within easy reach of an outdoor mall.

Very friendly staff. The bathrooms were nice and modern. Pretty good breakfast included.

Besides the bathroom, the rooms were very old (but clean).

The location is fantastic . It is in asafe place in lima city, miraflores. It is a near the ocean and the famous shopping center Larcomar.

Well-organised and well serviced place, I thoroughly enjoyed attentive personnel.

Everything was fine, the room was carpeted, the location was decent. Booked a room with comfortable bed.

The Hotel Staff were friendly, kind and professional at all times.

There was a radio or TV left on all night long. I could here the noise because the top bathroom window was open. This went on every night and I thought it was very odd that no one had previously complained.

The rooftop pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring. The minibars in the rooms were a nice touch, too!

I WAS MOST IMPRESSED WITH YOUR HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF. THEY WERE WAY ABOVE AVERAGE. FROM THE STAFF AT THE DESK, TO THE ROOM PEOPLE, TO THE DINING ROOM STAFF, TO YOUR DRIVER THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE HELPFUL.

IT WAS TOO CHILLY IN THE LOBBY AND BAR. A LITTLE HEAT WOULD HAVE HELPED.
